MISSION AT PB DRIVE UNITS

This project is for 18 new apartment units located on a prominent corner, ½ block from the Beach. The design includes ground floor commercial spaces and a parking garage with 18 townhouse units above on the second and third floors. The design allows from views from many of the units while maximizing window space for views and outside deck space as well.
