This design involved remodeling an existing 2400 square foot single story over basement California ranch into a charming two story 4,700 square foot French Country. Design features included the addition of a great room w/ gourmet kitchen and dining room, a double height foyer with detailed staircase and an expansive second floor master retreat complete with ocean views.
