This project involves a complete remodel of a 2-story home in Point Loma. The pre-existing floor plan does not take advantage of the beautiful ocean views, so the main focus of the redesign was to completely reorganize the rooms so that the site could be used to its fullest potential. A new entry turret was added, as was a new master suite on the second level where a balcony previously existed. The new square footage of the home is 4,000.
