This project remodeled an existing cottage in Pacific Beach to include a new office, enlarged kitchen and living spaces as well as a new Art Studio above the existing rear garage. The exterior of the home included an expansive and rear entertaining area and patio barbeque as well as a complete exterior make-over to bring a new Mediterranean style to the home.
