LA JOLLA SHORES DRIVE RESIDENCE

This project involved demolition of the existing house on the site and the design of a new 4,000 sq. ft. home and 4-car garage. The Tuscan style residence has a modern floor plan carefully designed to maximize ocean views and use of the deep site. There is a large “gallery” that organizes the circulation for the house and displays of a very large art collection.
