This project involves a major remodel to an existing 1,257 square foot La Jolla residence, which will add 2,143 square feet to the existing structure. The existing one-car garage has been relocated and expanded to accommodate two cars. The dramatic new design incorporates an added second story which includes a master suite, laundry room, third bedroom and roof deck to capture beautiful ocean views.
