This design was for a 4,700 square foot 2-story home with 5 bedrooms and loft, 6 baths, formal and informal entertainment rooms, a billiard room, two 3-car garages, and a separate 300 square foot pool cabana/kitchen. The scope also included master planning the site, which incorporates private courts, motor court, fountains, orchard area, pool/entertainment area, and play yard.
