This infill project will be constructed in northern Pacific Beach on a site that affords dramatic ocean views. The project entails 4 residential duplex structures with the street frontage units being mixed use commercial with 500 square foot “Live-Work” units. The contemporary styling will create a fresh look and allow the views to be captured through the use of large windows and multiple decks for each unit.
