This project includes 12 apartment units on a prominent corner in Pacific Beach ½ block from the Ocean.  The mixed use project includes two commercial spaces on the ground floor above an underground parking garage.   The upper floors have 12 units centered around a dramatic interior courtyard which organizes the circulation.  The exteriors are designed in a traditional “Cape Cod” style using wood siding and trim to accent the units urban in-fill setting.
