This design is for an innovative new approach to multi-family housing and creates 7 new units as detached small cottages versus large attached housing.  The three story cottages include 2 bedrooms each and are accented by detailed materials to create a new modern interpretation of the historic Ocean Beach cottages, all in under 1,000 square feet.
