This new project is a LEED Platinum design for 44 new homes is nestled in the beautiful wine country city of St. Helena. The project is design in an existing oak tree grove and the homes construction will be designed to retain nearly all of the mature trees. The design will respect the wine country location with all of the homes including wood siding exteriors, wood windows and metal roofs. The project will be constructed in three phases and includes St. Helena's first affordable housing component as well.
