HERITAGE ON IVANHOE

This multi-family project includes the retention of three historic cottages original to the site and the infill addition of eleven additional units. The goal is to provide for an enclave of homes, both single family and duplex, that pay homage to the style and character of the retained early beach cottages of La Jolla. The new homes and refurbished cottages include new private garages, updated amenities and decks, many with ocean views.
