SANTA BARBARA COURT TRIPLEX

This project is a 3 unit infill project located directly on Mission Bay in South Mission Beach. The design features three stacked units to maximize the unobstructed views of the bay while maximizing the amount of outdoor space. The interiors were completed in a contemporary fashion and included numerous upgrades and features such as disappearing pocket doors to the decks, stone fireplaces and custom cabinetry throughout.
