This 18 unit project was renovated as part of an extensive cosmetic upgrade to the 30 year old structure located directly on Mission Bay. The deteriorated finishes were replaced and updated with new finishes including new glass railings to preserve the unobstructed Bay views and a new 3rd level balcony was added to add more view opportunities from within the units. Additionally, multi-color slate tile and wood siding were added as accents as well as a complete new color scheme to brighten and enhance the multi-family structure.
