This design for a new 4,000 square foot custom home utilizes a commanding southerly view to the bay, city and ocean by incorporating walls of glass around a central courtyard. The home is designed around the use of rustic materials including split face concrete block, rough sawn wood siding and stained concrete floors. The interior takes on a Tuscan feel with the use of custom tile and woodwork vanishing edge pool and large outdoor private terraces take advantage of the hillside site and view.
