This single-family Residence was a custom design located on the San Elijo Lagoon in coastal Solana Beach with commanding northern views to the ocean and lagoon. The project was designed to be a “GREEN” home and was the first Green Point Rated home in Solana Beach. The design includes dozens of sustainable materials and features including recycled materials, on site generation, and a net-zero affect on the Environment.
