CALDWELL RESIDENCE
Mission Beach, California

This is a new 2,600 square foot custom residence which is two lots from the ocean in Mission Beach. The client desired a durable yet organic product that suited the view site. The design adheres to the tight grid of the beach area on the first level, utilizing cast-in-place concrete walls that fancifully open up to wood framed walls on the upper level. The house has won numerous design citations and has been featured in local and national design publications.
