CAIRNCROSS, OLIVER AVENUE RESIDENCE

This project started off as a dirt lot in a desirable area of Pacific Beach. It was transformed into a 3,100 square foot home, with a two car garage, ocean views from many rooms, and a roof-top viewing deck. The environmentally friendly design incorporated many “green” technologies, such as: efficient thermal exterior walls, fiber-cement siding, solar photo system, etc. Obviously, going “green” does not mean compromising on an architecturally stunning design anymore.
