This project included the demolition of an old beach cottage and design of a new 3 story plus roof deck 1,400 sq. ft., ocean view home. The modern style has an open floor plan, which is carefully designed to maximize ocean views from all levels, especially from the roof deck, which includes an amazing roof top pool and spa. The entire home was constructed of cast-in-place concrete to provide the strength and modern look requested by the client.
