Better Homes and Gardens publication UNIQUE HOMES featured this home design for its' organic features. The home is one lot from the Pacific Ocean and is constructed on the first level of cast in place concrete. The concrete was utilized for design features as well as it's coastal durability. The second level of the home was constructed our of conventional framing methods to allow the expansive views to be captured. The roof was a rounded copper roof which playfully accented the shapes of the façade.
